Dressing Room Aerobics | Jon has designed a series of workouts that can be done in the privacy of your dressing room or back stage area, this 'no sweat' no shower workout gets the thumbs-up from makeup and wardrobe departments, and because each programme is scheduled for between 5 and 15mins and your workout is done within the studio or location area production teams and management are kept happy.
