BBC producers have called in a fitness guru to give the remaining contestants in Andrew Lloyd Webbers talent show ANY DREAM WILL DO a much needed boost! Renown showbiz trainer Jon Trevor is working with the Joseph hopefuls for the remaining weeks up to the final show on 9th June 2007. 

Jon Trevor said “working with the boys is great the pressure is really on now both physically and mentally, I think getting rid of some of that stress has been just what the boys needed” 

Jon added “with jobs like this i have to be mindful not to tighten muscles or cause aches and pains, especially as our sessions are on a Friday and the boys perform LIVE every Saturday night!... I have designed a programme that will increase their energy levels and raise metabolic rates, combining stress busting exercises with specific fitness equipment to boost their brains and bodies with oxygen"

Hot favorite Lee Mead mentioned to Jon that after their first workout everyone, even some of the production team said there was a notable buzz to the live performances on Saturday and that we seemed to have more energy and oomph!
