Easy online access is at the core of the New U Menu, every training session has variety mixed with equal amounts of imparted knowledge, each and every session is directed and monitored by your heart rate and you feed back your progress to Jon, you also receive individual programmes that built on your body's blue print with accompaing audio tracks.

The New U Menu is presented as 6 training zones, all backed up with the motivational guidance from your audio trainer. Each zone has a targeted workout area, continually stepping up towards your personal goal from improving your fitness, to burning fat and flattening your abs!
The magic of the NU zones, is fused with Jon Trevor's Audio Trainer exercise to music series, the heart and beat of this music mastery means each and every workout can be different, whether a quick session in your lunch break or a weekend warrior workout.

After your complimentary consultation, Jon will identify your key areas of development, you can have a one 2 one every month on the journey towards your goal, or choose meetings every now and then, whatever suits your needs, you will also receive the appropriate Audio Trainer and guided programme aimed towards your target
