The actor was told that he would never be unable to run a Marathon again, determine to maintain his charity fundraising John Altman asked Mr JT for help....
Jon Trevor said “after looking at John's notes i advised him to see one of my colleagues first before progressing his fitness level, so i arranged for John to see podiatric consultant Ron McCulloch who looks after the feet of Arsenal and Millwall's premiership footballers. More than often injuries are caused by another area of the body not functionally properly and can be accompanied by referred pain, if the underlining problem is not addressed first then injury will occur over and over again and eventually beyond non-surgical repair, working together Ron and I have achieved some great results”
After working with Jon Trevor for several months actor John Altman was ready to take on his first of many charity runs, the two ‘Jon’s’ ran the 2007 Bupa Great South Run together and in 2008 John Altman ran his second London Marathon in ten years, goal achieved never say never.

Jon Lee, perhaps most widely known from legendary pop group S Club 7, has been working out with celebrity trainer Jon Trevor. Not to improve the way he looks but to enhance the way he sounds, Jon Lee will be starring in the hit West End Musical Les Miserables, this is the second time Jon has played Marius, previously he played the role at the Palace Theatre and now at the Queen's Theatre.

Rebecca Seale graduated with a BA (Hons) Acting in 1999 at the Liverpool institute for Performing Arts. She made her West End debut in Mamma Mia! at The Prince Edward Theatre, understudying and playing the lead role of Sophie. She then went on to understudy and play the role of Eponine in Les Miserables at The Palace Theatre, London. Other credits include; Soloist in The World Goes Round at the Kings Head Theatre in Islington, Linda in Insomnia at the Chapter Arts Theatre for the Cardiff International Festival of Musical Theatre and most recently, Pitti-Sing in The Mikado with Charles Court Opera. She has also performed in numerous cabarets in and around the West End. Rebecca gained a Postgraduate Diploma with distinction from Trinity College of Music and is now back in Les Miserables performing Fantine.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host Chris Tarrant is taking front seat on a tandem with wife Ingrid to cycle with fellow celebrities and friends in a bid to raise more than £25,000 for the charity, the Rhys Daniels Trust, which provides 'home from home' care for terminally sick children and their parents. The team have been training hard and getting in shape for the 160 mile event with celebrity fitness guru Jon Trevor who joins them on their epic journey from St Paul’s Cathedral in London to Cardiff, delivering the keys to two new 'homes' near the Children's Hospital for Wales.
The team will be joined by about 30 cyclist all helping to collect funds for the charity set up by Barry and Carmen Daniels who lost their children Rhys and Charly to an incurable degenerative disorder in 1998 and 1999.
