Backstage Aerobics is a series of workouts that can be done in the privacy of your dressing room or back stage area, this no sweat, no shower, fully clothed aerobic workout gets the thumbs-up from makeup and wardrobe departments. Scheduled for between 3 to 12mins your workout can be done in the smallest of areas, and on site which keeps production teams and management happy. This unique workout provides the lung training benefits of aerobic exercise with body shaping or yoga, without running, jumping or dancing around this programme will boost your brain and body with oxygen. One very popular and effective addition to the backstage workout family is the 'Kill Stage Fright' and 'Breathing Therapy' programmes.
