PUMP & PULSE is a mix of resistance interval sets all performed to timed exercise to music, exploring the full range of your body’s movement. Included in the mix is a selection from the Abs Core & More class.

CARDIOBURN

STEP SLIM is a low to medium-impact step class, packed with basic choreography of kicks, lunges, and knee lifts. This class takes your cardio training from peak to peak, burning calories with a 2500-2700 step count.

 

AEROBICMIX

CARDIO PUMP is a mix of low/medium-intensity & impact basic aerobic exercise to music, all combined with Upper & Lower Dumbbell exercises. In the mix is a selection from the Abs Core & More classes.

 

CARDIOTONE

STEP PUMP is a low to medium-impact step class, packed with basic choreography of kicks, lunges, and knee lifts using light dumbbells. This class takes your cardio toning training from peak to peak, burning calories with a 2200-2350 step count.

FITNESSYOGA

FITNESS YOGA is a unique Modern 21st Century version of Yoga, providing a fusion of traditional Yoga with a FREESTYLE up to date exercise to music twist. My FLEXFIT Classes are for those who wish to dip their toes into the traditional world of YOGA, to relax, stretch and energise the whole body, while increasing flexible strength, and improving the range of physical movement in a NEW fun and engaging way. FITNESS YOGA is the brand name of GXT By Jayne Nicholls.

STRENGTHFIX

POWER PUMP is a whole-body approach to strength training, with sets and reps fused into music-driven intervals, exploring your full range of upper & lower body exercises. As with many of the classes, this session is structured in Intervals of 20, 30, 40, 50, & 60 seconds.

WEEKLYMIX

CIRCUIT MASH is a low, medium-impact mixed class, fusing all the exercises from our previous weeks workout. Set to music this INTERVAL class is a real mash of the best bits! Expect to not only work your whole body from head to toe, but experience a diverse array of timed segments throughout, from 20s to 60s CIRCUIT MASH will keep your mind and body guessing at whats next!

 

PHYSIOFIT

Physio Fit 1:2:1 is a unique service offered to clients wishing to book 30min appointments between physiotherapy visits. Guided by your Physiotherapists treatment plan* PT Jon Trevor will meet with you online at times suitable to your schedule. Like doctors appointments historically physiotherapy treatments can be weeks away, PHYSIOFIT sessions are focussed on your treatment plan, assisting you in maintaining your treatment exercises to reduce injury recovery times. *Please be aware Jon Trevor will need to see your Physio treatment plan and have contact with your therapist.

 

BACK 2BASICS

BACK TO BASICS is a 30-day Back Care Course which takes you step by step over the basic needs to maintain a healthy back, you will be sent written course content in addition to video workshops to practise over 30 days.

At the end of the course you will attend a LIVE Back2Basics group workshop to attend, for technique support and extra course content.
