He always pushes us to get ‘fitter, leaner, stronger’ with a great sense of humour & a careful eye on technique. Thanks always to a top instructor, but especially for helping to retain some sanity with top classes during lockdown too!
Jon is an excellent very experienced dedicated and fun professional who makes each training session a wonderful experience! Having a PT Gym buddy was absolutely fantastic as it allowed me to work with Jon whilst he tailored the session based on my individual needs so as to help me achieve my goals in an injury-free and more regulated environment Highly recommend it, I wouldn’t miss out!

I find it so much more convenient working out from home, I have been doing Jon’s sessions for the last few years and he has the ability to keep the workouts fresh, I’ve never had a session the same. He is always on hand to offer advice and support even when I’ve been out for a run. I really look forward to the next session.
