Weight management tracking is provided via Digital Body Composition Analysis (additional purchase maybe needed) send your data on a monthly basis for private review via WhatsApp messaging.

If this service is not included in your membership Weight Management tracking is available for an additional charge of £20.00 per analysis.

Body Plan services are available from 16-60+ age groups and include Doctors Orders, Family Matters, Physio Fit, Occupational and Sports Specific Plans.

Your personal plan is carefully considered personally utilising the very latest Medical Science and perceived wisdom in fitness training and wellbeing, this service can be purchased as an additional stand alone option for £60:00 per private plan.

Members can book peak hours to suit their schedule. Services are available from 06:00 - 20:00 via my convenient online booking service.
