ONE—SHOT CLUB CLASS ❖ £10.00

Send me your workout stats after class, I'll check your progress and technique during your session and message you privately if needed. Each 30-minute class targets the whole body throughout the week.

Don’t forget to invite your family to join in with you at no extra charge.

Each session focuses on different body parts, so if you can’t make it to the gym, no worries—just join in to never miss your favourite Abs or Arms workout again.
