SO THE FIRST QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF IS WHY?
Over the thirty-odd years, I’ve been a fitness professional, I’ve heard it all and I hate running, I hate cardio, I’m too old for hitt training… the list goes on and on!
Whenever I hear these statements I always ask WHY? There is ALWAYS an alternative you can implement based on your likes and dislikes, it is just a case of finding the right exercise for you and matching it to your preference, there is always a way.
Keeping you body fit and healthy is not a rigid pursuit, It infuriates me when fitness professionals tell people you HAVE to do this to achieve goals! YES we have to grasp a discipline to achieve results TRUE, but there are so many different things to try, and that is the BIG question have you tried?
