STEP SLIM is a low to high impact step class, packed with basic choreography of kicks, lunges, and knee lifts. This class takes your cardio training from peak to peak, burning calories with a 2500-2700 step count.

TONING CARDIO | LOWERBODY

LOWER BODY mix of resistance exercise to music with step intervals, fusing cardio fitness while working the front to back of your thighs, buttocks and calfs to explore the full range of your body’s movement, finishing with Abs, Core and More or Flex Fit Yoga to finish.

This class is for those who wish to RELAX, STRETCH and energise their whole body. This FITNESS YOGA class is the ideal introduction to flexible strength and the world of basic yoga. FITNESS YOGA is the brand name of GXT by Jayne Nicholls.

This High and Low CARDIO mix with resistance is a class packed with basic choreography of kicks, lunges, and knee lifts. This class takes your cardio training from peak to peak, burning calories in intervals set to music while toning your upper and lower body parts.

Your LOWER BODY exercise is mixed with intervals set to timed music, exploring the full range of your body’s movement from front to back of thighs, buttocks and calfs all Included in the mix includes Abs Core or Flex Fit Yoga class.

This strength workout puts a mix of resistance interval sets for the upper & lower body all performed to timed exercise to music, exploring and finishing off with a power AB Core and More workout. THIS WORKOUT USES MAX RESISTANCE IN 20-30sec INTERVALS

Each and every workout has been selected across the week based on 30 career years of knowledge, broken down in to 30 min sessions each workout focusses on individual body parts in a complete body plan from head to toe. My done for you plan covers the 5 elements of fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Carefully designed with the 40 plus body in mind your weekly plan is blended with bespoke music intervals precisely timed with each exercise in a structured way.
