Over thirty years working with clients all over the globe, I have established a comprehensive variety of tools and test to provided clients with accountable markers.

In order to reach goals and targets they need to be measured, not only to see if we are staying on track, but also to help identify any changes maybe needed to change direction or recognise any new areas of focus.

There is no point in doing the same thing endlessly not achieving results! Who has the time to do things that don’t work… If you do the same as you’ve always done you’ll get the same results you’ve always got!!!

For this reason I have a passion for stats, I need to know that we are heading in the right direction. I operate a goal setting formula called SMART that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time structured.

In my One-on-One toolbox comprises several well practised processes fusing targeted mobile applications design to keep us both (me as your trainer and you as my client ) on track for mutual accountability.

SPECIFIC - Your targets should be defined and targeted along a timeline towards your goals.

MEASURABLE - Your goals need to be measurable “ you can’t hit a target you can’t see ” for this very reason I’ve tried, tested and chosen specific mobile applications to help us both be accountable. I needed to reduce as much friction from monitoring and guiding your progress as possible, making things easy to log, follow and share directly with me, this professional hand holding on the go service gives you the confidence and convenience to boldly go were you’ve never been before.

ACHIEVABLE - We need to set a realistic time line, with realistic achievable goals, while measuring your performance will give us feedback on wether we are heading the right direction, quickly changing course to avoid wasting precious time.

RELEVANT - Why are we doing this exercise is it appropriate for my fitness level and relevant to progressing towards my goal? Your bespoke programme needs to be related to your personal aims, goals and objectives and tied into realistic targets.

TIME - I believe in order to successfully achieve something It needs to be structured in a orderly, consistent way, keeping things on track while measuring not only the time you are able maintain physical activity as fitness improves, but having a realistic timeline for achieving your personal goals.
