HOW IT WORKS…

There are four main areas in your video library, Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio Mix and Fitness Yoga for stretching, each workout is timed and lead by exersice to music. Start off on your journey with short intervals maybe 20seconds work then 10s rest.

In the Sandwich section you have the opportunity of cominding videos to extend your workout if you prefer.

 

BOASTE ABOUT YOUR WORKOUT POST YOUR STATS TO YOUR FRIENDS ON THE SOCIALS, RESEARCH SHOWS PEPOLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO KEEP UP WITH A NEW FITNESS REGIME WHEN TELLING FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS.
