Whatever questions you have about my services I’ll clearly outline the best way forward depending on your specific needs, it’s all about you, what your aims are, what you have tried before, what works for you and what doesn’t, what eating advice have you had, what exercises do you like or dislike, all online in total privacy in the comfort of your own home.
We will then walk through the framework of my programme and how it will work for you, if my plan isn’t a fit for you then you’ve lost nothing and would have gained advice and insight as to how to move forward toward your goals.

WHAT TO BRING ALONG
WORKOUT ANYTIME ANYPLACE ANYWHERE
All you need is a 5ft sq. space, your phone, tablet, or laptop, and a fitness mat if you have one. I coach a wide variety of workouts with resistance bands, dumbbells, and several different types of bodyweight classes if you don't have the equipment.
A great investment in your fitness journey is a heart rate chest monitor or fitness wearable to track your progress.
An Apple Watch, MyZone Polar monitor, or any other heart tracking device, is a great way to document your efforts and enables me to track your progress by sending me your workout stats via WHATS APP and post on the private Facebook page, you’ll find in sharing your workout achievements you’ll gain great support from your fellow members and help me with your accountability check-ins.
Bluetooth headphones or earbuds are a great addition especially for early morning & garden workouts keeping your neighbours and family happy while enhancing your exercise to music experience!
