MUTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY


Over my thirty years working with clients all over the globe, I have established a comprehensive variety of tools and test to provided clients with accountable markers.

In order to reach goals and targets they need to be measured, not only to see if we are staying on track, but also to help identify any changes maybe needed to change direction or recognise any new areas of focus.

There is no point in doing the same thing endlessly not achieving results! Who has the time to do things that don’t work… If you do the same as you’ve always done you’ll get the same results you’ve always got!!!

For this reason I have a passion for stats, I need to know that we are heading in the right direction. I operate a goal setting formula called SMART that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time structured.

My One-on-One toolbox comprises several well practised processes design to keep us both (me as your trainer and you as my client ) on track for mutual accountability. Below is an outline of how I manage your targets and measure your progress.

SPECIFIC - Your targets should be defined and targeted along a timeline towards your goals.

MEASURABLE - Your goals need to be measurable “if you can’t see a target how can you hit it”

ACHIEVABLE - We need to set a realistic time line, with realistic goals, by measuring your performance will give us feedback on wether we are heading the right direction.

RELEVANT - Why are we doing this exercise? Your bespoke programme needs to be related to your personal aims, goals and objectives.

TIME - I’m a great believer in timed structure, for (a) keeping things on track (b) measuring progression as fitness improves and (c) having a realistic timeline for achieving goals.
