WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF COACHING ?

I’m not one of these Sergeant-Major types, I’m not going to shout at you! OR make you do somersaults or cartwheels, I believe fitness should be fun, functional and engaging, and yes we have a job to do! And it’s important to stay focused on our targets, but my belief is to keep our minds engaged and our bodies excited about being active, workouts should never be boring, they need to be varied and engaging, while delivering a whole-body approach.

I’m very approachable and here to serve you in the best possible way, and help you achieve your goals, no question is off limits, silly or trivial, I have over 30 career years of knowledge and expertise and at 63 years young I’ve been there, done that and still wearing the tee shirt! 😂
