Inadequate Knowledge





Not all workouts are the same, and what suits younger people might not suit you. The key is to focus on a few fundamental principles tailored towards middle age.

Heart health is essential in any fitness plan. Low to medium impact exercises are important as we age, helping to raise your heart rate safely while protecting your joints and offering good cardio benefits.

Muscle loss, known as sarcopenia, is common after 40. Maintaining muscle is vital for health and metabolism. Muscle mass, strength, and function start to decline in your 30s and 40s, speeding up after 60.

We also focus on balance and flexibility in your weekly classes, which are important for preventing falls and improving mobility as you get older.
